IF YOU ARE UNSATISFIED, WE ARE UNSATISFIED. At Gentlemen's Post we want you to be 100% happy with what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know.  We'll give you a refund or send you a replacement parcel at no additional charge.

Free Returns

Gentlemen's Post has a hassle-free return policy for storefront products or for Specialty Lounge features. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition as when you received it. 

We will gladly accept returns for all unopened product 365 days of the year. Unsatisfied with a grooming product? Allow us to exchange it for a more appropriate fit!
Once a return is received and inspected, please allow 10 business days to apply a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to an additional 10 business days for it to post to your account.
Clothing or apparel must not be worn or altered.
Please note that perishable items and Sexual Wellness products are not eligible for a return.
