With great prices, a customizable auto-refill and free shipping on every order, you’ll wonder where we have been all your life.
How do I sign up for Gentlemen's Post?
You sir are a gentleman and a scholar! Simply click on the Shop page and choose from your favourite brands and products. Complete the checkout process and indicate how often you would like to receive your monthly gentlemanly parcel. Welcome to the League of Gentlemen, you’re done!
Are there any hidden fees?
Never! We have no monthly or annual membership fees. Hidden fees are just not the gentlemanly thing to do.
What happens if my gentlemanly parcel is damaged, missing products or never arrives?
Well that’s just unacceptable. Please contact us right away at info@gentlemenspost.com or call us at (647) 497-5999 and we will have the products replaced! And of course, you’ll receive a new parcel with your products on us, ASAP.

What if I don’t know how often I want my parcel delivered?
Fear not! Most of our subscribers ask to have their parcels delivered every 2 months. We recommend using every 3 months as the starting point and if you find you’re running out of your essentials more quickly (or more slowly), you can always change your delivery time frame under Account.
When will I receive my first order?
At Gentlemen's Post we look to fulfill your order immediately. For Ontario and parts of Quebec your order is estimated to arrive within 2 business days. For Atlantic, Central and Western Canada the estimated delivery is 4 business days. If you're a client from the United States, the estimated delivery to the Contiguous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Associated States is 7 - 10 business days.
How do I change my monthly Parcel?
Gentlemen's Post has a flexible user dashboard just for you. Under your Account you have the ability to change your delivery time frame for individual products. This allows our clients to have complete control over their parcels. Plus, if at any time you would like to add an item to your parcel, simply checkout with the essentials of your choosing and indicate how often you would like to receive it.
Will I be contacted prior to receiving my monthly parcel?
Definitely! As your scheduled parcel delivery date approaches, Gentlemen’s Post will send you an email notification 3 days prior to charging your credit card and shipping your order. This way you will have time to change your parcel any way you like before we send it to you.
When can I expect my monthly parcel delivery?
Based on when your initial order was placed, you can expect to receive every subsequent parcel at the same monthly interval you selected. Don’t worry, we always email you ahead of time before sending your parcel to ensure you receive what you want, when you want it!
How do I deactivate my monthly parcel?
We are sad to see you leave! Gentlemen’s Post has a no hassle cancellation policy. We send a notification prior to shipping your gentlemanly parcel. So as long as you cancel your subscription following this notification, your credit card won’t be charged. To end your auto-refill, login and click on Account.
What web browser would give me the best Gentlemen's Post experience?
We have designed Gentlemen's Post to work with most web browsers. However, for the most optimal viewing experience we recommend using Google Chrome. For any browser we suggest using the most current version for the latest security updates and to ensure our web pages display quicker. If you are still using Netscape good riddance fine sir!
BILLING & SHIPPING FAQ
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to clients throughout Canada and the United States. However, we are looking to expand very soon! If you like, leave us your email at info@gentlemenspost.com and you will be the first to know when we are shipping to your area. Plus we will include a special promotion for your patience and as our way of saying, Thank You!
Are there any shipping fees?
Shipping is absolutely free on all subscription orders across Canada OR $7.99 flat rate on one-time purchases, whether you order $3 worth of products or $300. If you're a client in the United States, all orders receive a flat rate of $14.99 CAD in the Contiguous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Associated States. Free shipping on one-time purchases is available on all orders over $75 CAD for Canada and $100 CAD for the United States.
When will I be billed?
Gentlemen's Post will only charge your credit card once we ship your gentlemanly parcel, and not a minute sooner. The days of being locked into fixed monthly or annual fees are long gone, my friend.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Amex, MasterCard and Visa.
How do I change my billing or shipping address?
It's a simple fix. For all recurring parcel deliveries just sign into your account.
What if I want to update my credit card information?
To update your credit card information, simply login to your account.
Will I be able to track my shipment?
Of course. Once an order has entered our shipping department we will email you with a Canada Post tracking number where you can track the progress of your parcel.
